Chris is a native of Western Colorado. She has lived in the Delta, Colorado, area her entire life. A third-generation homebuilder, Timothy built high-end homes for ten years before transitioning to residential mortgage lending. Inspired by the positive impact he witnessed from a young age, he feels called to carry on the legacy, helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. Senior Mortgage Loan Consultant and Mortgage Branch Manager Mike Lynch originally joined the home-financing industry in 1994 when he began refinancing homes for a mortgage broker. While it piqued his interest in the business, it wasn't until he started originating home loans for a mortgage banker in 1997 that he found his niche. He discovered a passion for getting a deserving family into the home of their dreams, and he finds helping a past client to save money with a refinance equally satisfying. She also enjoys boating and relaxing on the beach. Karen’s favorite pastime, however, is family time; she delights in spending time with her husband and their two children.
